2. all copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) on the Sixty7.Green website shall remain vested in Sixty7.Green; and

3. the names, images and logos identifying Sixty7.Green or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks (registered and unregistered) of the Sixty7.Green or any other relevant third party.
